Nico Kovac has proposed a new Bayern striker

Bayern Munich’s next supervisor, Niko Kovac, is ambitious to attract compatriot Andrei Kramaric of Hoffenheim to the Allianz Arena, Croatian newspaper Vecerni List said. The striker made a very strong season for the bronze medalist of the Bundesliga, finishing 13 goals and 9 assists in 42 matches in all races. He is expected to ask about EUR 20 million for him. If a deal is reached, Kramaric would be the fourth player Bayern has taken from the Sinsheim club for the past 12 months. The other three are Niklas Zuule, Sebastian Rudy and Sandro Wagner.

Basically, however, Bayern coaches do not make the selection, and this is the responsibility of the club’s leadership. On his arrival in 2013, José Guardiola wanted to make an exception, and at his suggestion the transfer of Tiago Alcantara from Barcelona was made.

Nico Kovac will take over from the Bavarians on July 1, and his last match as a mentor at Eintracht (Frankfurt) is against Munich in the final of the Cup of Germany next Saturday.
