Bielsa wants 10m euros from Lille

Marcello Bielsa is still leading Lille’s senior coach, although he does not lead the team because of scandal with the club’s leadership. The Argentine is ready to break its contract, but only if it receives a compensation of 9.5m euros. The amount will be distributed between it and its headquarters.

Bielsa was removed from work because of a trip to Chile, which was not in agreement with the club. It happened a week ago. Then Bielsa decided to visit his good friend and ex-assistant in the Chilean national team, Lewis Maria Bonnie, who is severely ill.

Even before the conflict, Lille’s bosses were looking for a way to get rid of the Mad, under whose leaders the “pockets” had tragically presented since the start of the season in League One.
